Binhai Lianchuang has invested in the C92 Creative Cluster Zone in Tianjin and set up a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Binhai Zhongke Creative Industry Investment and Development Co., LTD., as the operating company of creative real estate investment. C92 Creative Cluster created by Binhai Zhongke is a creative collaboration platform, bringing the most advanced creative related industries and business operation modes to Tianjin at home and abroad, and adding the unique historical and cultural heritage of the region, so that people have more value for creative experience and fashion life.

In October 2009, C92 Creative Cluster was officially opened. The park focuses on building a platform for creative industries and attracting creative enterprises into the park. Tianjin C92 Creative Industry Park has won the "11th Five-Year Plan" contribution award, the title of China's Top Ten Cultural, Scientific and high-tech Service Industry base, the title of China's Top Ten Creative Park, the 2010 Nankai District Cultural Industry management advanced enterprise, and was approved to become the listed creative industry park in Tianjin.

It covers an area of 39,000 square meters with a total construction area of 30,000 square meters.
