On January 27, 2014, Tianjin Binhai Lianchuang Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Tianjin E-commerce Industrial Park. You Tiancheng, Deputy district governor of Wuqing, Hu Chaoyang, general manager of Tianjin E-commerce Industry Park, Yang Dongfang, executive vice general manager of Tianjin E-commerce Industry Park, and Wang Weiwei, general manager of Binhai Joint Creation, attended the signing activity.

In the negotiation before signing the contract, You Tiancheng, deputy district chief, gave a high evaluation and affirmation to Binhai Joint Innovation project, and urged the park to pay close attention to the progress of the project, provide the best service for the project, and strive for the early entry and production of the project.

     Binhai Lianchuang cooperates with Tianjin E-commerce Industrial Park to create an e-commerce core area integrating office, storage, logistics and business supporting facilities. The core area covers an area of 624 mu and is invested and constructed by Binhai Joint Innovation Co., LTD. It mainly attracts small and medium-sized enterprises that meet the requirements of high-tech industry such as e-commerce in modern service industry to enter the park, and forms a gathering place of high-tech enterprises whose business scope radiates home and abroad.
